How to use ShoeString moulded sport insoles

Simply place the insole in your chosen footwear, then push down from the toes to the heels. Ensure the insole fits snuggly at the toes. If there is any excess simply push down at the heel and mark the excess with a pen. Remove the insole and trim along your mark and reinsert into your shoes.
